Corp is seeking motivated and dependable Manufacturing Team Members to support our fabrication and production operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with metal, machinery, and tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a direct role in transforming raw materials into finished, high-quality products. Candidates with prior manufacturing or fabrication experience are encouraged to apply, though on-the-job training is available for individuals eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to produce precision-cut components. Set up and operate press brakes to bend and form metal parts to specification. Operate saws and cutting equipment to prepare raw materials for fabrication. Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal components. Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing tasks to ensure product quality and safety. Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, staging, and inventory handling. Operate forklifts, cranes, or other material-handling equipment when trained and qualified. Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet drawings and specifications. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals. Required Skills Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery. Ability to learn and operate fabrication equipment such as laser cutters, press brakes, and saws. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and verbal direction. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Required Knowledge Basic understanding of manufacturing and metal fabrication processes. Familiarity with workplace safety standards and shop practices. Knowledge of material handling procedures and equipment is beneficial. General awareness of quality standards and inspection methods in a manufacturing setting. Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge Apply mechanical and technical skills in a production-focused environment. Accurately follow drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements. Adapt to changing production priorities and workloads. Work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
