• Production Operator position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Worker
• Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Operate manufacturing equipment, hoists, and production machinery.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects.
• Make minor adjustments and notify supervisors of issues.
• Complete housekeeping and safety inspections. Production Worker

• Production Operator Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to consistently lift 75-100 pounds depending on position and department.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read blueprints and production documentation.
