Job Description
Full Job Description Job Summary We are hiring a motivated and reliable General Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will support daily plant operations by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide complete on-the-job training. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general manual labor, including moving materials with pallet jacks, loading/unloading machinery and skids, and maintaining facility organization. Operate basic production machinery and feed raw materials into assembly lines. Inspect finished goods and raw materials for quality standards. Hand-sort products to remove defects, tangled components, or foreign materials. Package, label, and securely stack finished products for shipping. Keep work areas clean and safe in accordance with company housekeeping standards. Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications and Requirements Age:
Must be 18 years of age or older.Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Key Traits:
