Production Operator - Full time

Salary:

$35-40K PTO Negotiable Job Description - Assembling and packaging camera accessories and running a 3D printer farm. If you love making things, improving things, solving puzzles, setting and breaking records, working on and managing several different tasks throughout a day, this is the job for you. We are looking for a self driven full time employee who can work alone for long stretches of the day without being managed. We are also interested in someone who can delegate and manage part time employees when needed. Job Responsibilities Helping run and maintain a 3D print farm Reloading 3D filament Cleaning parts off of printers and running quality control Operating wire stripping and other machines Assembling products, electronics, 3D printed parts Soldering PCBs and wire hardnesses Self managing time and building what is necessary to keep online store stocked Maintaining parts inventory and ordering new parts when necessary Re-stocking inventory Packaging and Shipping products Helping improve production workflows and processes Managing and delegating tasks to part time employees if needed

Job Requirements Self-Motivated:

Demonstrates ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills with capacity to resolve issues independently. Trouble shooting is a big part of this job position.

Reliability:

Consistent track record of meeting deadlines, showing up on time and delivering quality work while also showing up on time.

Self-Discipline:

Maintains focus and productivity without external motivation

Adaptability:

Flexible approach to changing priorities and requirements

Project Management:

Experience in managing multiple tasks independently

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable learning and using new tools independently Willing and able to lift and carry a minimum of 35lbs as necessary Willing and able to stand/walk for up to 7 hours per day Skilled with tools (screw drivers, assembling small parts, etc). Experience with 3D printers and 3D printing Experience using 3D slicing software and 3D printer management Experience with Shopify and online commerce Experience in Lean manufacturing, Kansan card systems Experience with Instagram and Youtube Experience with taking photo and videos Skills (Not required but welcome) Willing and interested in constantly improving workflows to save time and make the job easier Able to troubleshoot when things go wrong. Interested in setting goals and breaking them Skilled with tools (screw drivers, wire strippers, soldering etc).
