General Production 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Job Description Position Title:

$16.00 per hour

1st, 2nd

Hours:

5:00am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri); 4:00pm-3:30am (Mon-Thurs) QPS Employment Group has a great General Production position available at a company in Rockford, IL. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. General Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operation of a spot-welding machine.
• Operation of machines including punch presses, and wire benders.
• Working with and assisting another designated.
• Conducting visual checks of product for quality.

General Production Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must have some basic math skills.
• Must have attention to detail and follow directions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally throughout the shift.
• Must be able to push or pull carts weighing up to 100lbs frequently.
• Must be able to lift and move 10-20lbs repetitively throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to reach, twist, and bend repetitively throughout the entire shift.
