What you'll tackle Install, service, and optimize production machinery and plant systems.

Jump on emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and complete scheduled services during machine downtime.

Perform basic machinist tasks to support repair work.

Apply mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills; read manuals and work orders to plan and execute maintenance.

Pinpoint faults, replace or rebuild parts, test thoroughly, and fine‑tune adjustments.

Run routine PMs on machines, equipment, and facility assets.

Operate hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.

Flag faulty operations or defective materials and notify supervision promptly.

Champion safety and housekeeping to keep areas clean and orderly.

Time commitment Full‑time role; 8‑hour workdays, Monday through Friday. What you need to succeed High school diploma/GED plus a completed craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education and production maintenance experience. 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and broader industrial skills.
