Production Associates

Overview:

Operate and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of bathtubs and shower units Prepare molds and perform fiberglass layering, resin application, trimming, sanding, and finishing Assemble components and ensure proper fit and function of products Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Adhere to all safety policies, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments preferred but not required Experience working in hands-on, physical roles such as construction, warehouse, landscaping, automotive, or general labor strongly considered Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery is a plus Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and varying temperatures Experience following standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Proven track record of reliability, attendance, and teamwork
