(GCH)—a recognized industry leader in innovative packaging solutions—is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support our fast‑paced and rapidly growing operation. Duties & Responsibilities Assist machine operators in the daily operation of flexographic slitters, laminators, converting equipment, and extrusion lines. Maintain adequate supplies at assigned machines to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Perform assistant‑related tasks as directed by the machine operator or supervisor. Contribute to overall quality, productivity, and waste‑reduction goals on each job. Always maintain a clean and organized machine area. Comply with all company policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by machine operators, supervisors, or management. Ensure all AIB housekeeping and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math proficiency. Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling for extended periods; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
