Job Description
Join the ASL Team ASL Solutions, Inc. is seeking dependable, motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Sainte Marie, Illinois . We manufacture premium insulated pet products that are sold throughout North America. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing quality products, and have a strong work ethic, we'd like to hear from you. This is a full-time day shift position working four 10-hour shifts , giving you a three-day weekend every week . Schedule Monday-Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, trim, and inspect finished products for quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors. Assist with other production duties as needed. Qualifications Manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or assembly experience preferred. Good mechanical aptitude. Strong attention to detail. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
