Job Description

Manufacturing Associate MJ Celco, Inc. - Schiller Park, IL MJ Celco is a family-owned metal stamping manufacturer serving customers in the automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, and industrial markets. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where employees are cross-trained and may work in different departments based on production needs. Duties may include packing, assembly, machine operation, inspection, secondary operations, material handling, and other manufacturing-related tasks. Responsibilities Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Perform assembly and secondary operations on stamped metal parts Operate production equipment and machinery as trained Inspect parts for quality and report any issues Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility Assist in various production departments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties assigned by supervisors Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to learn multiple job functions and work in different departments Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We're Looking For We are seeking team players who are flexible, dependable, and willing to learn.
