About the Role As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality infrastructure components. You will utilize your technical aptitude and physical stamina to ensure production targets are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Execute finishing, grinding, and patching tasks to ensure concrete products meet quality standards. Install structural components including rebar, anchors, and wire mesh to prepare products for casting. Operate industrial equipment such as pressure washers and sandblasters to prepare surfaces. Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly and repair duties with precision. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to optimize workflow. Perform routine pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure operational readiness. Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output goals and maintain high safety standards. Required Skills Ability to lift and maneuver 35+ lbs consistently. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and PPE compliance. Capacity to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment. Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Preferred Skills Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete finishing. Demonstrated proficiency with various hand and power tools. Experience working in outdoor or industrial settings with exposure to varying weather conditions. Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability and attendance.
