We're hiring motivated and dependable General Labor Workers to join our fast-paced produce production facility! Pay & Shift Details- 1st Shift Monday
- Saturday | 6:30 AM
- 4:00
PM Starting Pay:
$16.00/hr- 2nd Shift Monday
- Saturday | 4:00 PM
Until Production Ends Starting Pay:
$16.50/hr Daily overtime available Part-time positions available (3 days/week) Full-time opportunities available What You'll Be Doing As part of our production team, you'll help prepare fresh lettuce and produce products for packaging and distribution. This is an active, hands-on role in a refrigerated production environment.Daily Responsibilities Include:
Cutting, trimming, peeling, and cleaning lettuce and produce Packaging products into bags and boxes Keeping production lines moving efficiently Working in cold, wet conditions (32-36°F) Following food safety and sanitation procedures Safely using knives, peelers, and production tools Lifting up to 35-50 lbs throughout the shift Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Supporting additional production tasks as needed What We're Looking For ✔ Reliable and punctual team players ✔ Comfortable working in a cold environment ✔ Able to stand for extended periods ✔ Able to work in a fast-paced setting ✔ Must pass E-Verify requirements ✔ No experience required — paid training provided!
