Assembly Machine Operator - $20/hr Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Shift Differential Available We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into an advanced operator position through hands-on training. 💼 What You'll Do Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and process production components Perform tool changes and make machine adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure quality Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment ✅ What We're Looking For 2+ years of machine operating experience CNC experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with quality inspections and precision measuring tools Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability ⭐ Preferred Experience Machine setup and adjustment experience Familiarity with production tool changes Experience in manufacturing or high-volume production environments 🌟 Why Join Us?
