Job Title:
E-Coat Team Lead Starting Pay Rate:
$24.00 ($24.50 after 3 months, $25.00 after 6 months)
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 11:00PM-7:00AM, with mandatory overtime as needed

Paint Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated E-Coat Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations, communicating critical production information, maintaining documentation, and providing leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, leadership ability, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask while supporting safety, quality, and production goals.
Responsibilities:
Communicate all production information, updates, and concerns to paint mixers, tackers, lab technicians, supervision, and other associates as needed Maintain and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize MaintiMizer software Provide leadership and support to associates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Make quick decisions, multitask, and follow up on projects to support production goals and operational efficiency Communicate effectively with associates across departments to maintain workflow and teamwork Support daily production activities and operational needs as required Arrive early, stay late, or work overtime as necessary to cover vacations, absences, or production demands, sometimes with little notice Demonstrate exceptional attendance to maintain employment in this position Additional duties as assigned Shift is 8 hours. May work overtime up to 10-12 hours as needed to cover vacations and absences, sometimes with little notice. Employees receive two 10-minute breaks per shift and one 20-minute meal break. Employees get paid the entire time they are clocked in and do not clock out for breaks, if taken on campus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to communicate effectively in English Strong computer skills required Ability to learn and effectively use MaintiMizer software program Proven leadership and interpersonal skills required Ability to communicate effectively with associates across all departments Ability to make quick decisions, multitask, and follow up on projects in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds Must be able to carry bumpers weighing up to 63.5 pounds for distances of 15-20 feet Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach above head and below shoulder level, talk, and hear Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Required to push, pull, reach, and lift materials throughout the workday Average repetitions are variable depending on production demands Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced manufacturing environment throughout the shift

The work environment is representative of conditions typical for a manufacturing facility. Guardian West is not a climate-controlled facility.
