Job Duties Load and unload CNC machining equipment Monitor machine production cycles Clean finished aluminum components Deburr machined parts Perform basic machine operation functions Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks Follow work instructions and production procedures Inspect parts for quality and defects Maintain productivity and quality standards Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures Experience Requirements Previous machine operator experience Steel-toe shoes Able to lift 50 lbs. What You Will Do As a Production Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Production Operator contributes to manufacturing by operating machinery that supports efficient production of quality products. This position requires mechanical ability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe operating practices. The Production Operator supports manufacturing through equipment monitoring, quality inspections, routine adjustments, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining workplace safety and operational efficiency.
