Set up foam machine and foaming computer for pour production. Startup and shutdown foam machine for production. Supervise foam machine during production. Make adjustments as necessary for optimal product yield. Be able to follow work schedule. Notify the Pour Line Supervisor, Pour Line Manager and the other support departments when deviations to the schedule are made. Ensure that pieces are produced on time with a high degree of quality. Motivate employees to achieve maximum productivity Perform required Quality audits. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately. Self-motivator requiring minimal supervision. Should be analytical and able to see things that should be done and have the initiative to get them done. Participate in RCA investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective action Safety Daily Safety Huddles - It is the responsibility of the Lead to ensure this activity is being performed within their respective areas. Ensure that good housekeeping is taking place. Maintain a clean safe work environment. Maintain the 5S Process. Leadership Support the Pour line Supervisor and Pour line Manager in regard to all company decisions and policies. Disagreements should be shared with management privately. Inform the Pour line Supervisor and Pour line Manager of issues where company policies / procedures are not being followed.Note:
Discipline is the responsibility of the Pour line Manager. Provide work directions for departmental employees. Ensure that a professional working relationship is carried out with all the departments. Other duties as required to meet the company objectives.Benefits
