We are looking for someone with strong experience in large-format roll-to-roll printing who understands the complete print production process—from receiving artwork and preparing files through printing, laminating, finishing, and installing graphics onsite at events. This is a hands-on production position. We need someone who is comfortable running equipment, troubleshooting problems, managing materials, and helping with installations when needed. Pay & Schedule $30

Tuesday-Friday:

9:00 AM-4:00 PM Approximately two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Additional overtime may be available based on production and event schedules Position reports to our Westmont, Illinois production facility Responsibilities Operate large-format roll-to-roll printers Handle daily print production and quality control Operate laminating and print-finishing equipment Prepare and check artwork for production Basic file setup including sizing, bleeds, resolution, color, and print readiness Work with RIP software and proper printer/file settings Understand proper material selection for different applications Track material usage and maintain print inventory Help control material costs and minimize waste Trim, mount, laminate, weed, mask, and finish graphics Install vinyl graphics onsite at events Install graphics on walls, windows, floors, signs, scenic elements, bars, displays, and other event surfaces Measure and plan graphic installations Troubleshoot print quality, equipment, material, and installation issues Maintain a clean and organized print production area Work closely with our design, fabrication, scenic, and event production teams Required Experience & Knowledge We are looking for someone with significant professional experience in large-format printing and graphics production.

Strong knowledge of:

Roll-to-roll large-format printing Laminating Vinyl cutting and finishing Adhesive vinyl and specialty graphic materials Banner, fabric, and other large-format print media Material selection and proper usage File preparation for large-format printing Basic Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop RIP software Color and print quality control Vinyl graphic installation Applying graphics to a variety of surfaces Measuring and planning onsite installations Experience in the event, sign, exhibit, experiential, or scenic fabrication industry is a major plus. Who We're Looking For We need someone who knows the print process and can take a project from file to finished installation without needing to be walked through every step. You should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where deadlines matter. Our projects are custom, and every week is different. One day you may be producing vinyl for a corporate event, and the next you may be printing and installing graphics for a custom bar, scenic wall, dance floor, or experiential activation.
