As a Press Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. 1st shift- 5am-1pm What's the Job? Operate injection or compression molding machines to produce quality parts Inspect finished products for quality assurance and document production data Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Keep accurate records of production and quality checks What's Needed? Ability to operate injection or compression molding machines Attention to detail and commitment to quality Steel toe boots are required for safety compliance Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team What's in it for me?
