Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Print Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the creation, assembly, and packaging of personalized products. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment UV Printing Stationary Printing Stationary Bindery work Stationary Die Cutting
- Assemble and personalize products according to customer specifications.
- Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or crafting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
