🛠️ What You'll Do As a Production Worker , you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly: Load raw materials into automated production machines Remove finished metal parts from equipment Operate machinery at a basic level (start, stop, and monitor cycles ) Perform visual quality inspections to ensure consistency Sort, stack, and package completed parts Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety procedures and standard work guidelines ✅ What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules ⭐ Preferred Experience (Plus, Not Required) Previous manufacturing or production experience (may qualify for higher pay) Experience operating production machinery Familiarity with quality inspection processes 🎯 Why You'll Love This Job ✅ Openings on all shifts

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50
- $21.45/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
