Job Description Job Description We're looking for a dependable Production Support Laborer to support daily production operations by helping maintain workflow efficiency, product quality, and a safe working environment. This hands-on role supports material handling, cleaning operations, and general labor tasks in an industrial production setting while working closely with team members and supervisors. Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and production responsibilities. What You'll Do Support daily production activities to help reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Pack, sort, and load automotive parts, tooling, and production materials. Pressure wash customer parts and equipment according to production standards. Stack, unstack, and move materials throughout the work area safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment through routine housekeeping tasks. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to supervisors immediately. Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations and production goals. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after completing required training and certification. Follow directions from supervisors and adapt to changing production needs. Support inventory handling and material movement as needed throughout the facility. Assist with additional production, cleaning, or labor duties as assigned. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory-related tasks. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 8-12 hour shifts. Ability to work around industrial equipment, noise, moving machinery, water, cleaning solutions, and varying temperatures. Ability to wear required PPE including gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear. Ability to safely operate tools, production equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes after training. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules based on production demands.
