We build custom commercial signage for sign companies nationwide and are expanding our production team. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who want steady work and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. What You'll Do Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom commercial signs Use hand tools and shop equipment Follow work orders and production drawings Prepare materials for paint and finishing Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with a team to complete projects on schedule What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable working with your hands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn new skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Manufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required.
