Treat everyone like family Always do the right thing Relentlessly pursue excellence About the Role The Production Team Member - Rail Build plays a key role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our pontoon boats. This hands-on position focuses on inspecting, repairing, and finishing rail components to meet Barletta s high standards. What You ll Do Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment What Makes You a Great Fit Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal) Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Regular use of hand tools and production equipment Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition reimbursement Voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, legal, identity protection, and more) Ready to Apply?
