Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Clerk/Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and analyzing production data, tracking material usage, and compiling daily reports to support operational efficiency. You will work closely with department managers and supervisors to monitor progress, identify challenges, and ensure all documentation meets established standards. Strong skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this position Responsibilities Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Examine documents in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, so that daily production reports can be completed. Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, and changes to production and cost estimates. Confer with department managers, supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes. Review documents such as production reports, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and department priorities. Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, and wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers. Minimum Qualifications Acceptable attendance. Experience with Microsoft 365, data entry and Excel formula's Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
