With over 30 years of expertise, our client is a leader in developing, manufacturing and packaging over-the-counter healthcare products nationally and internationally. As a Production Associate, your role involves operating equipment, and contributing to the production and packing of diverse healthcare products. Quality checks are a key part of ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Responsibilities Reporting to the Line Lead, you will work in a team environment to assist in all areas of the production process Inspecting products for any faults or defects Loading product components slated for assembly onto the line and packing products into boxes for shipment Stopping the line and halting production if machinery fails or a defect is detected Maintaining a daily record of machine downtimes and scrap figures Following and supporting company policies, guidelines, and procedures Skills and Qualifications Good concentration and attention to detail to quickly notice defects Strong teamwork skills Good physical stamina, having the ability to bend and lift up to 10-15lbs. as well as stand for several hours at a time Ability to work independently as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to follow written and oral instructions If you meet these requirements, apply or call 317-887-0747 today!
