Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st and 2nd shift What's the Job? Operate and handle manufacturing equipment efficiently in a fast-paced environment Lift and handle parts weighing up to 5lbs to 40lbs consistently throughout the shift Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment Work at a sustained production pace with minimal supervision, adjusting to varying work speeds Maintain cleanliness and organization in an industrial setting, including wet and dirty conditions What's Needed? Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently Prior experience in physically demanding work such as manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor Steel toe shoes with metatarsal guards are required for safety Strong safety awareness and ability to follow detailed procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts What's in it for me?
