Manufacturing Supervisor We are currently looking to add high performing team members as Roto-molder machine operators for Day and Night Shift.Schedules:
Day shift opening for 7:00AM-5:30PM and Night shift openings 7:00PM-5:30AM Fibertech Plastics is a rotational molder that designs and produces plastic material handling products. - Start machines or equipment to begin production process
- Handle large molds with changeouts scheduled
- Load powder based on production schedule
- Load and unload completed items from machines
- Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping
- Time management skills
- Good housekeeping and safety
- Ability to think independently and think through situations and resolve issues
- Great communication skills to work closely with Manufacturing Scheduler and other management
- Takes direction and guidance well
- Continuous Training as needed
- Document daily work in Epicor
- Complete daily audits
- Other duties as assigned Requirements
- Must be 18 yrs. of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Demonstrate strong math and computer skills
- Experience with precision instruments, hand tools, and power tools
- Must be able to work at the required pace while ensuring 100% accuracy
- Ability to follow all work instructions and safety procedures
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a changing environment
- Must be available to work any shift
- Able to work independently and self-motivated Physical Demands

- Exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Fumes or airborne particles (nuisance dust)
