We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Team Lead to join our team! As a Production Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard. You'll work closely with other team members to instruct, train, and assist them as well as work with supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently.
