Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Separates, sorts, folds and processes soiled or clean linen product by operating a machine or by hand folding. These positions will lift soiled or clean linen weighing up to 50lbs. and be able to push linen carts up to 500lbs. Typical Responsibilities Sorts soiled linen by item on conveyor line. Properly handles or disposes of all materials. Wears proper PPE required in each specific area of the plant. Monitors clean linen products for any quality issues. Operates equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and instructions given by the supervisor. Shakes out, separates, sorts, folds and places clean products into clean linen carts. Retrieves and stacks linen according to instructions given by supervisor. Reports abnormal noises or unusual machine problems to supervisor. Folds clean linen by hand or by operating a machine. Fills out hourly paperwork timely, accurately, and completely. Maintains a neat, safe and orderly work area. Reports linen concerns to supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Summary As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for operating machinery and handling products on the production line.
