Mill Operator

Mill Operator - Now Hiring Machine Operators We're looking for a high‑performing Mill Operator to join our growing production team. If you have strong mechanical instincts, experience in heavy industrial environments, and the ability to run precision equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. What You'll Do Use computer systems to accurately record production data. Load and verify correct raw materials on the production line. Perform precise measurements using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Operate mill equipment, including gaugers, shears, and related machinery. Complete product changeovers and keep machines running efficiently. Lead and guide line assistants to maintain workflow and productivity. What We're Looking For Hands‑on machine operating experience Strong basic math and measurement skills Experience in heavy industrial, steel, manufacturing, or mill environments Preferred Skills Forklift or overhead crane operation Mechanical troubleshooting ability CNC mill experience Comfortable working in a rugged, industrial setting Why You'll Love Working Here Earn more as you learn —pay increases with each machine you master Training & schooling opportunities available after your first year Supportive team environment where learning and improvement are valued Steady schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday , with optional Friday overtime Work Environment This is a true industrial mill environment —dirty, hands‑on, and physically active.
