Job Description
Job Summary Coates Inc. is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Intern to support our operations team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to key administrative initiatives in a dynamic and professional environment. You'll work closely with the Executive Director to assist in implementing organizational strategies and enhancing overall efficiency.

Fall 2026/Spring 2027Hours:
5-10 hours/week, including weekly planning meetings with your supervisorPay:
$12.00/hour Responsibilities Assist in the management of day-to-day administrative tasks and operations. Support project management activities related to programming and events. Help organize and maintain documentation, files, and databases. Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate scheduling for meetings and events, including logistics and materials. Conduct research and compile information for projects and initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed. Contribute to improving internal processes and team collaboration. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Previous internship or related experience in administration or project management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with data management tools and project management software is a bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Genuine enthusiasm for supporting operational processes and enhancing service quality. Self-starter with good time management skills.
