What You'll Do:

Assemble and install cabinets and interior components for RVs or upfitted vehicles according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and work orders. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with production team to meet build schedules and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in custom vehicle upfits or RV assembly, specifically in cabinet assembly or woodworking. Proficiency with tools and techniques used in cabinet assembly and installation. Ability to interpret design layouts and templates accurately. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to work on different vehicle types. Physical ability to stand and physically maneuver around van to assemble and install cabinets. Working within a hands-on, collaborative environment Takes pride in transforming vehicles into mobile brand ambassadors.
