Job Description

Our client, a national technology company, is currently seeking a Production Lead in Greenwood, Indiana . This role is ideal for someone with strong team management experience and the ability to keep production moving efficiently. The Production Lead will help guide production line employees, support daily workflow, and ensure orders are completed on time.
The Day-to-Day:
Manage and support a team of production line employees Oversee daily production activity to meet order requirements and deadlines Improve workflow efficiency throughout the production process Train and supervise new production line employees Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are met Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Keep accurate records related to inventory, order tracking, materials, and production activity Communicate updates, concerns, and workflow needs to management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Previous team management experience required Ability to lead employees in a production or warehouse environment Comfortable keeping records and tracking production-related data
Pay Rate:
$21.75 per day
Schedule:
Monday to Friday weekends as needed 1:30 PM to 10:30
PM Pay:
From $21.75 per hour
