HANDS ON
PACKAGING and Production Lead to support and oversee daily plant operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards. The Production Lead works closely with plant leadership and production teams to coordinate workflow, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to step up and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Production & Operations Hands-on leadership and support of daily production activities to meet schedules and customer demands Hands-on operate and oversee production equipment (dryers, jet mills, packaging lines, etc.) Hands-on monitor processes and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards Hands-on coordinate raw material intake, production flow, and finished goods Leadership Plant operations lead person Provide direction and support to operators and packagers Promote a strong safety and accountability culture Provide support to the plant Director of Operations Quality Control Perform and oversee product testing and documentation Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures Identify and help resolve off-spec product issues Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Work with and support PLC-controlled systems (preferred) Assist with preventative maintenance initiatives Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow and enforce company safety guidelines Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 years of supervisor, lead, etc. experience in a production or manufacturing environment Basic computer knowledge Basic statistical process control techniques Experience operating front end loader Experience operating fork truck Preferred Experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting Mechanical or maintenance experience Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification Benefits Arctic Minerals offers a full benefits package , including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company-paid life insurance Work Environment Indoor/outdoor industrial setting Exposure to varying temperatures (approximately 20°F-100°F) and dusty conditions Why Work at Arctic Minerals?Competitive hourly pay:
