Currently we are looking to add an industrial painter/production assistant for our fabrication department. We have a passion for producing the best refractory products on the market and are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and heart for "Doing it Right." Industrial Painter/Production Assistant Job Responsibilities Prep and paint completed parts and assemblies Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move raw materials and work in progress Measure and cut materials to length according to blueprints Inspect, prepare, finish and package products for final shipping Maintain raw material and product identification to ensure traceability Assist fabricators as needed Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition Industrial Painter/Production Assistant Qualifications Experience painting with a spray gun Attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift Positive attitude and ability and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent required Must pass a post-offer, preemployment physical and drug screen prior to employment Benefits Competitive pay and merit-based increases Comprehensive health, dental, life and vision insurance Career advancement opportunities in a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Paid time off and retirement plan options This is a Monday-Friday, day shift positions.
