Responsibilities Prepare donut dough by measuring ingredients accurately and following established recipes. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, fryers, and ovens, ensuring consistent product quality. Shape, decorate, and glaze donuts with precision, applying decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal. Package finished products efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and cleanliness. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures. Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs. Support the team during busy periods by helping with food preparation, catering orders, or customer service as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in food production, baking, pastry arts, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation and quality control. Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
