Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating press brake machinery and a strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities Operate and set up press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications. Program the press brake for various jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Perform quality inspections on completed parts to ensure they meet company standards. Assemble components using hand tools and other equipment as necessary. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Fabricate parts as needed, utilizing knowledge of machining techniques and stamping press operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques. Proficiency in programming press brake machinery for various production runs. Familiarity with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and quality inspection methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of electrical discharge machining is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Schedule 1st Shift 7am
