$17.90 per hour
Schedule:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Built to Run. Paid to Operate. Looking for Production Machine Operator jobs in Markleville where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/8 inch. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Job Duties Assist the Converting Machine Operator with machine setup and operation. Load and unload bulk rolls onto the conversion machine. Inspect incoming bulk rolls for defects according to quality standards. Bag and package finished products to customer specifications. Operate the L-Sealer and Heat Tunnel as required. Perform final quality inspections before packaging products. Stretch wrap or band finished pallets for shipment or storage. Support other production and conversion department activities as needed. Identify and report quality concerns before final packaging. Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment. What You Will Do As a Production Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
