Production packaging operator position includes but is not limited to the following: Visually look at parts to make sure there are no defects Place parts into their proper packaging Grind runners Keep your area net and clean throughout your shift Remake boxes if needed for your press Label all packaging parts are placed into with correct labels Trim parts if necessary In addition, we offer a weekly attendance bonus of $50.00. The only requirement, no tardies, no leaving early, no calling off and no missing time punches for the week. The second bonus we offer is a "New Hire Success Bonus/ Referral Bonus". Once the following anniversaries have been completed you will receive the following bonuses:

• 60 days: $50.00
• 120 days: $50.00
• 180 days: $100.00
• 270 days: $100.00
• 1 year: $100.

00 If you refer someone as they reach their anniversaries you will receive the same bonus they do.
