Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Skilled Production Worker to join their team. As a 1st Shift Production Worker, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the assembly process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an understanding of a fast moving fab shop setting, which will align successfully in the organization.

$18 - $20 (BOE)
Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Assemble components accurately according to blueprints and schematics Use measuring tools to ensure precision in assembly tasks Apply electrical knowledge to support assembly processes Running Machines Maintain quality standards through attention to detail Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing Proficiency with measuring tools and understanding of electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation What's in it for me?
