Assembly Technician Job Description Join our team as an Assembly Technician, specializing in decal production and application for baseball equipment. This role requires attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate machines to print and cut vinyl decals for baseball equipment. Prepare vinyl materials and verify artwork, sizing, and quantities before printing. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of decal equipment. Apply decals to baseball helmets, bat bags, protective guards, and other equipment. Ensure decals are properly aligned, smooth, and free of bubbles or defects. Maintain consistent appearance and quality standards. Build baseball equipment orders based on work orders and customer specifications. Verify correct models, colors, sizes, and decals are used. Organize and stage completed orders for packaging and shipment. Maintain organized work areas and decal materials. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure orders are completed on time. Assist with other assembly or production tasks as needed. Essential Skills Basic computer skills and the ability to learn decal equipment and software. Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Basic math skills for counting and verifying order quantities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent hand use for decal application and product handling. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Close visual attention required for decal placement and inspection. Available Shift & Pay 1st shift: 7:00AM

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
