Production Operator / Seed Cleaning Plant

IOM Grain is a soybean trading and processing company specializing in Identity Preserved (IP) and food-grade soybeans for export markets. We operate with a small, close-knit team in a family-style working environment and are continuing to grow rapidly. Position Overview We are looking for a Production Operator to join our plant dedicated to cleaning and preparing soybeans for export. You will be involved in daily plant operations, including:

• Operating seed cleaning and handling equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Monitoring grain quality and specifications
• Assisting with production flow
• Keeping the facility clean and safe
• Working closely with supervisors and logistics teams This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving agricultural operation. Profile We're Looking For
• Reliable and motivated
• Comfortable working in a production / industrial environment
• Agricultural or grain-handling experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude appreciated
