Schedule/Hours 1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Crew A & B:

7:00am-7:00pm

Crew C & D:

7:00pm-7:00am Compensation $20.72 per hour Key Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items Organizing final products for shipping and distribution Sharing team goals and managing job assignments Performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environment Education Desired High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience Required Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Previous experience working in the corrugated industry Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment Physical Requirements Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours Ability to lift 45 lbs. Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
