The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, processing, or packaging products according to quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring that finished goods meet required specifications. The Production Associate works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and is expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Shift:
7:00am - 3:30pmEST Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Properly load and operate machine Properly thread machine with material Properly set machine speed for particular material to achieve piece standard for that material. Clean machine and area around machine daily Assist troubleshooting machine for problems Meet and maintain production and quality standards. Adhere to all company work rules. Adhere to all safety rules and practices. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Use or wear all appropriate safety equipment. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
