Job Description
Job Summary Assemble palletizing, and Depalletizing machines Per Print Drawings. Ensure quality control standards are met on all projects. maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines. communicate and work with other assembly technicians to ensure projects move forward. We are looking for a self motivated individual. Responsibilities Assemble machines, ensure quality standards are being met during assembly process. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent breakdowns. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, Tape measurers, Jigs to ensure accuracy in production. Read and interpret blueprints, and Drawings to ensure accuracy, and quality. Detect quality defects, perform repeatable processes, communicate any imperfections. Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles for process improvement. Helping in other departments as needed, collaboration with engineering. Utilize power tools safely and effectively in daily operations. Learning quickly and multitasking, able to be unsupervised. Driving fork truck for daily responsibilities. Experience Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Previous assembling experience is helpful. Running Air, and hydraulic lines a plus Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Some fabrication experience, drilling, and tapping is helpful. Communication with team members is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
