We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team at our Seymour, IN facility. This position is focused on operating spray dryer equipment and supporting various manufacturing processes in a dynamic production environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operate spray dryer and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Follow all safety protocols and company proceduresRequirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 3p-11:30p 3rd shift hours 11p- 7:30aBenefits:
