Job Description

Overview:
Here at Leaders Staffing we are looking for Productions Associates to join one of our clients located in Topeka, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience with factory work, industrial environment and teamwork.
Shift:
2nd
Shift Hours:
2PM to 10:20PM (Monday to Friday)
Duties:
Operate single or multiple presses simultaneously and sequentially. Insert correct profile into the mold adding inserts and/or clips as required by the specific product work instruction. Process finished parts on rack system by using visual inspection, Use "Smart Processing Stand" trimming flash, insert clips, glue slits, notches or tears, Apply EPT, using buttoner insert buttons, apply butyl tape, pads. Inspect quality as identified by the specific product work instruction. Load appropriate number of processed parts on rack system. Complete production paperwork. Pack inspected processed parts using visual inspection Pack according to the specific product work instruction. Operate multiple fasteners inserting machines and continuous drilling machines. Load materials as identified in the specific product work instruction. Operate notching machine. #KEN123
