Production & Packaging Associate (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary We're hiring Production & Packaging Associates to support daily operations at our food manufacturing plant in Wakarusa. This is a hands-on role involving production, packaging, labeling, and sanitation. You'll work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and reliability matter. Training is provided. What You'll Do Assist with food production and packaging Operate and monitor packaging or production equipment Label, seal, and palletize finished products Inspect products for quality and accuracy Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures Help with setup, cleanup, and daily production tasks Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Stand and move for 8-10 hours per shift Work in temperature-controlled (cooler) environments Wear required PPE What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to follow procedures and safety rules Team-oriented, positive attitude Manufacturing or food production experience a plus, not required Pay & Growth Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing food manufacturing company Apply today — interviews scheduled quickly
