Job Summary:

As an Operator, you will play a vital role in our production processes, operating injection molding equipment to manufacture essential automotive parts and components. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines to produce a variety of automotive parts and components
• Monitor production processes, perform quality checks, and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating injection molding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production role is preferred

Working Conditions:

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other potential hazards. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and safety training will be a priority.

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.50 per hour.
