Masis Staffing is hiring a 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Line Leader to support our production operations. This is a great opportunity for experienced manufacturing professionals looking to step into a leadership role. Job Responsibilities of Manufacturing Line Leader
- Lead, coach, and coordinate production employees, machine operators, and manufacturing associates on the production line.
- Ensure all production activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor line performance including output, scrap, downtime, and productivity metrics.
- Assist with line setup, machine changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Train and mentor employees on SOPs, GMPs, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Communicate daily production targets, goals, and expectations to team members.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve equipment or product issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, accountability, and respect. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environments.
- Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively. Requirements of a Manufacturing Line Leader
